Welcome!

I’m Sasha, a slow-flow yoga teacher and moon circle facilitator with inclusivity and accessibility at the heart of all I share. My intentions are to hold space with more meaning and depth to weave in and out of our practices and into our lives while listening, honouring and respecting our bodies.

For years, I turned yoga away, even when my therapist suggested it, believing it wasn’t a space for me. Now, my mission is to welcome anyone who has felt the same doubt. Yoga is not for one type of body - it is for all of us. We practice to connect inwardly, to ourselves, and outwardly, to the world around us.

My style is exploratory, experimental, and free of boundaries. It is a gentle disruption of the daily pace, a quiet invitation to turn inward, to explore the corners of the mind and body with curiosity, compassion, and care. Every session is a chance to move, breathe, and simply be, exactly as you are. In my classes, there is no “perfect pose” and no one way to practice. We explore movement, breath, and stillness together, letting the body lead us rather than forcing it. Each moment is an opportunity to listen to what you need, to honour your energy and capacity of that day and letting go of goals or expectations.

For me, yoga is my safe space; a place I learned to connect and listen in. A place where I don’t have to perform or please anyone but I can connect to the presence of my body and learn from its rhythms to better understand myself and move more intuitively. It is where I move with intention, where breath guides motion, and where stillness allows reflection. Yoga has taught me to meet myself with kindness, I hope to offer this same invitation to anyone stepping onto the mat.

"Your classes are a great way to start the weekend. I like the way it was varied and offered something for different levels of expertise and flexibility. Above all I like the vibe you bring to the class: focused, but also relaxed and playful."

“Sasha has a warm and welcoming presence that instantly puts you at ease. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow without needing to watch her every move, and she offers ways to adapt some poses so they work for any ability level. Each session is thoughtfully prepared and her calming voice makes it easy to relax. I always leave feeling both refreshed and re-energised.”
